Vibration regeneration: Rexonage3 — Quantum Molecular Resonance
It feels like a pleasant, warm facial massage and sounds like a joke: a practitioner gently rubs your face with gloves attached to a machine emitting “quantum molecular resonance” to induce healing on a cellular level. But if you think of Mariah Carey breaking a glass with her voice, you might get the picture: these painless high-frequency electrical signals “shake” cells in the skin in order to break their molecular bonds, a process the body requires to kick stem cells into super-active repair mode.

 

The Rexonage3 treatments (the machine was developed for medical use and can treat muscular and joint inflammation as well) last a maximum of 40 minutes, and you’re left feeling like nothing much happened — which is a bit of a departure for any tweakment veteran used to slinking out of clinics with a face like a beetroot or polka-dotted with puncture marks or bruises. But after my prescribed protocol of six bimonthly sessions, my hard-to-treat perioral dermatitis and low-level rosacea were eradicated, as evidenced not just by my even-toned, glowing face but by medical under-the-skin pictures that showed the underlying inflammation was almost entirely gone.

Rexonage x Tesla Former Gravity Defyer at Geneviv Clinic

A combination protocol involving two state-of-the-art toning and smoothing devices has proved to be so successful for sculpting parts of the body that it was recognised as one of the year’s most disruptive new aesthetic procedures at the 2026 Aesthetic and Anti-Aging World Congress. Painless yet peculiarly effective, this brainchild of Viviana Botoaca, the founder of the medical longevity clinic Geneviv, builds muscle, burns fat, drains bloated tissues and firms skin. As a result every aspect of cellulite is tackled at once.

Step one is the Tesla Former, which uses functional magnetic stimulation to make muscles contract 50,000 times in half an hour as you recline on a treatment bed. Paddles strapped to your “problem areas” vibrate, pulse and pound in a rotating sequence — it feels weird but not painful. Unlike similar devices, it works via the muscles’ nerve fibres and is used by physiotherapists for rehabilitation, recovery and pain relief. It will tone muscles fast — but will also smooth and lift skin.

This is followed by 45 minutes of Rexonage QMR, a machine that delivers electrical energy known as “quantum-molecular resonance” to recharge skin cell “batteries” to boost circulation and collagen regeneration. Having seen great results on my face, I wasn’t surprised it could also benefit texturally challenged body skin. A therapist applies the QMR currents with gentle suction paddles as well as giving a fingertip massage with silver-threaded gloves hooked up to the Rexonage machine. It feels so pleasant, you suspect it to be entirely inconsequential.

Over a course of treatments Botoaca adjusts the machines (which both have aesthetic as well as therapeutic settings) to suit the needs of each patient, resulting in a largely bespoke six-session protocol. Within two sessions on the fronts of my lumpy thighs, I could see progress in the shape of less-deep pitting of the skin, less laxity in the knee area and far less skin mottling and blotchiness. In its place was more even-looking colour — a result of much healthier blood circulation.

Results should continue to progress even after treatment, lasting eight months at least. That’s thanks to the increased muscle tissue and cell energy, says Botoaca, a “metabolic furnace” that can reduce fat by 25 per cent. It also helps soften the hard under-skin septae (fibrous connective tissue pockets) that trap fluids. While my cellulite isn’t eradicated, it’s significantly less evident and I suspect that those with the funds for an indefinite number of treatments may be able to obliterate their cellulite altogether.

Until I came across two state-of-the-art devices combined in a new treatment named the Geneviv Gravity-Defyer, the brainchild of Viviana Botoaca, founder of London medical longevity clinic Geneviv.

Having seen great results on my facial skin, I was excited to see if it could have a similar effect on my body. The QMR currents are administered first with gentle suction paddles before Botoaca dons special gloves wired into the Rexonage machine. With these, she massages skin while, like a Jedi knight, infusing it with QMR energy (which flows from the machine, via the gloves, into your tissues); it’s so relaxing, it entirely belies the power of the treatment.

Botoaca adjusts the machine’s multiple settings to suit the needs of each patient, resulting in largely bespoke six-treatment protocol. Within two sessions, I could see progress. The dimples in my skin looked less deep and my knee area less saggy, while my blotchy, mottled skin tone was replaced by even-looking colour, a result of much healthier blood circulation.

Most recently I’ve been testing out MCT exosome therapy. “Exosomes are nanosized extracellular vesicles naturally released by cells to transport biological information between tissues. They contain highly active signalling molecules including growth factors, proteins, lipids, mRNA, and microRNA that regulate inflammation, tissue repair, blood flow, and stem cell communication,” explains Viviana Botoaca, Geneviv Clinic founder. What makes MCT exosomes different is that they’re made from your own plasma, rather than from plant, marine or bovine sources. Best aesthetic clinic in London for: An anti-ageing skin boost

A newbie on the biohacking scene, anti-ageing treatment Rexonage 3 utilises a technology that sounds almost woo-woo but is in fact the genius future of regenerative anti-ageing treatments, being based in self-healing, painless and non-invasive. Q-Physio (QMR) for My Knuckle

What’s this?

QMR — Quantum Molecular Resonance — is a non-invasive and painless therapy that uses specific electrical frequencies to encourage tissue repair. I tried it on my persistently sore and swollen knuckle.

 

What it’s like to have it done:

Gentle, vaguely warm electric pulses delivered by gentle massage with conductive gloves. Very soothing.

 

Results:

Impressively effective. The inflammation in my knuckle backed right off, it had shrunken in size, too, and regained much of its strength. A small but meaningful quality-of-life improvement.

Rexonage for a Chalazion

What’s this?

Rexonage uses the same Quantum Molecular Resonance (QMR) as Q-Physio (see April), but works at a surface level rather than reaching more deeply into to the body. A chalazion is a nasty swelling from a blocked oil glad in the eyelid and Viviana Botoaca thought it was worth a try to see if the QMR could resolve the inflammation and swelling.

 

What it’s like to have it done:

Warm, comfortable, gentle massage with those conductive gloves sending the QMR into my skin tissues. No downtime.

 

Results:

My chalazion shrank significantly after the first treatment, and was gone after three. Wow. It’s not a conventional remedy for these — but it certainly did the trick.
